Where do you ship?

MNDFRME currently ships to the United States and Canada.

How long does delivery take?

Each item is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days. After production, delivery usually takes 5–13 business days depending on your location, carrier, and seasonal volume.

How does sizing work?

MNDFRME tees have a regular unisex fit. For a relaxed streetwear look, choose your usual size. For an oversized fit, go 1–2 sizes up. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

What if I want an oversized fit?

For an oversized look, we recommend ordering 1–2 sizes up from your usual size. If you are between sizes, size up.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@mndfrme.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Where are products made?

MNDFRME products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify. Each item is printed after your order is placed.

Do you restock designs?

Some campaign pieces may not return once they sell out. Core product availability may vary. The best way to keep up with new frames and restocks is to join the email list or follow MNDFRME on Instagram.
