Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MNDFRME.

All MNDFRME products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect before placing your order.


Where We Ship

MNDFRME currently ships to the United States and Canada.

We do not currently ship outside the United States and Canada. If you are located outside these regions, please check back as we may expand shipping destinations in the future.


Order Processing Time

Each item is individually printed after your order is placed.

Processing, also known as production, typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is handed to a shipping carrier.

Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods such as holidays, campaign launches, or new product releases.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 5–13 business days
Canada: 5–13 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other conditions outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Some orders may qualify for free shipping if a free shipping offer is active at the time of purchase.


Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

For orders shipped within the United States, customs or import fees usually do not apply.

For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the order, destination, and carrier.

Any applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.

MNDFRME is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours, building reception, mailrooms, and safe drop locations around your address
  • Contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number
  • Contact us at hello@mndfrme.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date if the issue is not resolved

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Incorrect Address or Returned Orders

Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a failed delivery attempt, or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

MNDFRME is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipping address.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production.

Because each item is made to order, please review your size, color, quantity, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.


Additional Information

Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

MNDFRME is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
