Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Because all MNDFRME products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly selected sizes — please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

To start a return, contact us at hello@mndfrme.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. As our products are printed on demand, you do not need to ship the item back — returns are processed digitally based on photo verification.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Items reported without first contacting us will not be processed.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because each product is custom-printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return, once approved we will issue a refund so you can place a new order in the correct size or style.


Refunds We will notify you once your return request has been reviewed. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
